 Dr. Betty Doo has 18+ years of experience working on diverse organizational improvement projects, as either an internal or external consultant, with a primary interest in helping companies create better leaders. Dr. Doo has a doctorate from Harvard University in Human Development, and has received extensive training beyond her doctorate in business and organizational fields including: executive coaching, organizational change, high performance management, mediation, managerial assessment and other areas. She is also a Massachusetts-Licensed Psychologist and certified as an executive coach from Right Management Consultants, Inc. and the Executive Coaching Institute (Success Dynamics,Inc.). Dr. Doo has experience in corporate and non profit environments that include global manufacturing, professional services, health care, and academia.
